By booking a trip with Tatooine Travel Tunisia (TTT), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
To secure your spot, you can either pay in full or submit a 35% deposit, with the full balance due 7 days before departure. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
If you need to cancel, a full refund (minus processing fees) is available for cancellations made at least 15 days before the trip. A 50% refund (minus fees) applies to cancellations 7 to 15 days before, while cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable. In the case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, a full refund will be provided. If TTT must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund, but we are not responsible for additional expenses such as non-refundable flights or travel insurance.
Cancellations made at least 3 months before departure are 100% refundable (excluding handling fees).
Cancellations made 3 Months to 40 days before departure are 50% refundable (excluding fees).
Cancellations made less than 40 days before departure are non-refundable.
All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and visas required for entry into Tunisia. Additionally, any necessary vaccinations or health requirements must be met prior to travel. For peace of mind, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. TTT is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
Should you need to modify your itinerary, requests must be made in writing, and any additional costs will be communicated. If unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or political events require us to adjust the itinerary, TTT reserves the right to make necessary changes while ensuring the best possible experience for our travelers.
As a travel facilitator, TTT is not responsible for third-party services such as accommodations or transportation. Likewise, we are not liable for any disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or political unrest.
To maintain a positive travel experience for all, clients are expected to respect local customs and fellow travelers. In cases of disruptive behavior, TTT reserves the right to terminate participation without a refund.
If you have any concerns during your trip, please report them immediately to your tour leader or TTT representative so we can address them promptly. Any disputes will be handled according to Tunisian law and resolved in Tunisian courts.
Your personal data will only be used for travel arrangements and will never be shared without consent.
By joining a TTT adventure, you agree that you may be photographed or filmed, and we may use these materials for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, simply inform us in writing before the trip.
